I walked in looking like I had been personally victimized by my alarm clock. Dylan handed me my drink, smiled, and somehow restored my faith in humanity. If this man ever quits, somebody better put the Starbucks flag at half-staff. 😅 But seriously… Dylan greeted me with the energy of someone who actually enjoys seeing people before coffee. Honestly suspicious… but I’ll allow it because my drink was flawless. If Starbucks ever loses him, I’ll be sending out a search party. 😂 Dylan deserves a raise… and maybe his own parking spot. I don’t know what Starbucks is paying him, but it’s not enough. He was so friendly I almost forgot I was spending $8 on coffee. GIVE THAT KID ALL THE MONIES!!!

How poor Are the people skills In customer service these days? Two employees had the opportunity to acknowledge my birthday. But it didn't remotely occur to them The primary one taking my order seemed more focused on what 'I should have done' to make her transaction 'easier' Practically accusing me Of trying to steal my birthday treat Smh She checks the date on my license Yup, it's my BIRTHDAY & still fails to make the connection Smh It's NOT that hard & I have to say McDonald's makes a superior vanilla latte Why would I go back? Epic fail Poor training Consider a strategy of treating your live customers better Note the cleanliness of the table... 🙈

We keep coming to this Starbucks because it’s the closest location to our office, and every single time we try to give it another chance, we end up disappointed. Unfortunately, this has consistently been the worst Starbucks location for drinks. Almost every visit, something comes wrong — drinks are cold when they shouldn’t be, way too sweet, or simply not made correctly. Today, for example, the Pink Drink tasted like coconut milk that had been sitting out of the fridge. It had almost no flavor at all and tasted completely off. What’s even more shocking is that out of the 5 drinks we got today, 3 ended up in the trash because they were simply undrinkable. That is honestly unbelievable. It’s so frustrating to get to work looking forward to your coffee or drink and end up with something you can’t even enjoy. We’ve tried giving this location chance after chance, but this will definitely be our last time. Maybe making drinks with more care and attention would make all the difference.

I wish I could give 5 stars since I love Starbucks, but unfortunatelly every time I order something from this location is either too sweet or no flavor. This time, the pink drink tastes just like sour coconut milk.

Starbucks store #9977 in Margate opened in 2021. I’ve owned my home here since 1999, so I’ve been part of this community long before this location existed—and I’ve supported the Starbucks brand for years as both a customer and shareholder. I stopped in planning to order a tea to go with my powdered vitamin and briefly sat down to respond to an email. The manager, Franchesca, approached me and stated she had been watching me and that I had been there for 20 minutes without ordering, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. I was singled out in a way that felt racially motivated, which made the situation even more troubling. Policy or not, there is a way to read a situation and speak to people—some things simply should not be said. If this had been a repeated pattern of me sitting without ordering, I would understand the concern. But this was her first interaction with me, and I was not aware there was any expectation to order within a certain timeframe just for being inside the store. I ended up leaving without ordering because of how uncomfortable the situation became. Starbucks is losing a customer of over 10 years over what would have been a simple $3 ord
